How many times can you get an electrician to come to your house, fix your problem and not charge you a single penny? This wonderful company came out to fix our cook top which wasn’t working. We already had Sears visit us since we have all of our appliances under service contracts with them. Well, Sears came out, said the cook top wasn’t getting any power so they couldn’t do a thing for us. They walked away telling us it was an in house problem and we needed to get an electrician out to fix the power problem and then call them back. Earlier that month Sears had come out to fix our wall ovens, which had an electrical short but after they left we discovered the cook top didn’t work. So of course we called Sears back. We figured Sears may have crossed some wires going to the cook top since both appliances work off of a 220 line even though located in two seperate areas of the kitchen. We called ARE Louisiana Inc. since we had used them years and years ago when we had some minor electrical problems. We were thankful to find they were still in business.
ARE Louisiana Inc. came out and the first thing they did was go to the circuit breaker box. What they discovered was that the cook top and the ovens were on two separate circuit breakers. The breaker to the oven had been turned back on after Sears repaired the short…..but the breaker to the cook top was still turned off. All that needed to be done was to switch the breaker to the on position and the cook top immediately worked. All of this took less than five minutes to diagnose and fix. Rick was kind enough not to charge us anything for coming out and taking care of our problem. What a blessing for us since we are on a limited income as senior citizens. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge and compassion….two attributes not often found in today’s world of business. Thank you so very much Rick!
